He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and is currently obtaining his Masters in Business Education. He is the Director of Operations of the Annie Ruth Dancey Foundation, a faith-based organization, and the Jr. Pastor of the Education Department of the TrueWay Church - Nashville, TN. Michael and his wife LaTasha, an elementary school teacher, work together to empower groups and individuals to excel in every aspect of their lives.
